ThPA S.A. applies and implements an Environmental Monitoring Program in accordance with the requirements of the Approved Environmental Terms. In particular, a meteorological station and an air quality monitoring station which records the concentrations of pollutants in the atmospheric environment, operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in the area of the Central Port. On a six-monthly basis the quality of sea water is monitored and environmental noise measurements are repeated on an annual basis. All sampling and measurements are carried out by accredited laboratories and partners. The results of the environmental monitoring program are available below.
